After reading reviews, it sounds like Plugged In Recovery is a top notch facility for services and for people in the recovery process. That’s good. My issue was, I was trying to volunteer in whatever way I could, making at least four sincere attempts to get information to see how I could be of service… Just as a volunteer… The owner of the company did get back to me and told me someone would take care of it… They got back to me but then ignored me for the next few weeks. So I attempted again, and still never heard anything back. I finally got in touch with the owner to voice. My disappointment in getting the runaround. He explained to me the difficulties in having someone just “volunteer,” with insurance and confidentiality issues at stake. I had already been fingerprinted, and was just trying to bring a 12 step meeting into their facility, or anything else I could help with. I was disappointed how he, misinterpreted my intentions during his explanation of why they were not able to get in contact with me. It was an easy solution. Just have someone call me and talk to me to see if they needed me at all. If not, fine, if so, let’s get busy with Recovery… That didn’t happen and here is my review. I was disappointed in their lack of communication to someone who truly was trying to help. Update! Unplugged CEO Wade, contacted me and was very helpful in responding and restoring my confidence. As I said before, it was nothing major just a communication issue that I wanted them to know about…. I spoke to Brianna., who really was pleasant to talk to, and she apologized for their part. I was very impressed by their response..

I can’t say enough good things about this treatment center. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported, cared for, and truly seen as a person—not just a patient. The staff went above and beyond to help me through one of the hardest times in my life, and I’ll forever be grateful for their compassion and guidance. A special shoutout to Dez—your kindness, encouragement, and positive energy made such a difference in my journey. You have a true gift for helping people feel safe, understood, and hopeful again. The environment here is peaceful, the program is well-structured, and the sense of community they foster is life-changing. This place truly gave me a second chance at life, and I couldn’t be more thankful.

I cannot recommend Plugged In enough. It is a beautiful place to heal in an intimate hands-on recovery environment. The groups are engaging and insightful and the staff truly cares about each person. The facility is awesome and the food is delicious. Thank you Shannon! There is a bit of tough love and soul searching that is needed to see how you got here and how to live your life moving forward if you want to thrive. Anyone struggling with addiction would be wise to pick up the phone and call Plugged In. It’s the first step towards reclaiming your life.
